The owners of this new custom residence in the East hills of Medford chose to integrate classic craftsman elements into their interior design.  Details like brass fixtures, Oak strip flooring with a clear oil finish, white carrera marble counters and inset cabinets call back to tradition while slate-toned porcelain tile adds a contemporary touch.

The kitchen is anchored by a beautiful range (the same model the clients had - and loved - in a previous home), a fully integrated refrigerator, and an apron front undermount sink in a custom Walnut wood counter.  A counterop microwave is tucked away in a pocket door cabinet.  Open shelves provide space for display.  

In the living room, cabinets balance around a fireplace, with sizing planned to accommodate the family tv within bi-fold cabinet doors that tuck aside.  

Priorities in the bathroom were a steam shower, toilet room, a large soaking tub & a double vanity.  The bathtub is placed to take advantage of vineyard & orchard views, and the vanity features pull-outs at either end for convenient access.
